The first town hall on this site was mentioned around 1400. It was completely ruined during a fire. Today´s town hall in the neo-gothic style is already the third building here - it was erected in 1841. Its tower contains a set of bells - a "Glockenspiel" - from Meissen porcelain, which rings out several times a day.    back
